Hurricane Communications was formed in April 2001.
We are conveniently based in Perth, Scotland. We are situated on the edge of Perth, approximately a half mile from the main A9. We also have convenient car parking facilities based just outside of our office.
We pride ourselves in retaining clients, due to the way our customer service side of the business operates, as we offer a direct link to ourselves who then deal with the network directly on the clients behalf for any issues or queries which may arise.
We have arrangements with all the major networks, through various distributors. We mainly deal in the business sector, and our clients range from the single user to the multiple user which can be anything up to 300+ handsets. We have many VIP clients, which have been recommended to us due to the professional and diligent manner in which we conduct our business.
Our client base spreads all over the UK, again this is mainly due to recommendations from existing clients.
We also have a car kit installation business, which we can operate all over the UK.
We offer full and on-going customer service, therefore maximising savings and tariff efficiency throughout the lifetime of the contract's.
The communications side of the business was purchased from Scottish Communications in 2004. The Scottish Communications base had been with them for the last 25 years, starting off with field radios, then moving into the mobile phone business in it’s early stages. Scottish Communications was a business partner with T-Mobile, Orange, O2 and Vodafone. We have managed and maintained these existing clients since 2004, also adding to this base ourselves.
